Cutting
For cutting metal Busschers has a CNC cutting machine that makes it possible to meet your diverse needs. The plasma cutter can cut to a maximum sheet metal thickness of 20 mm. The oxy-fuel cutter can cut a sheet metal with a thickness between 25 and 120 mm.
Complex transitions
The combination of 3D-drawing software and the CNC cutting machine allows us to determine perfect results. Based on the results, appropriate contiguous shapes can be made. In combination with the possibilities we have regarding press braking and welding enables us to manufacture complex transitions.
Bevel cutting
For cutting bevels on workpieces the cutting machine features a 3D bevel unit, for fully automated bevel cuts. In addition, the cutting machine has an inkjet marking function, the fastest marking option with no heat distortion.
